Returns:
- We accept returns for items purchased on Lootbug Lab within 30 days of the original shipping date.
- Customers are responsible for providing return shipping for their items.
Refunds
- Once we receive your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it.
- Your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider's policies.
No Restocking Fee
- We do not charge any restocking fees for returns. You will receive a full refund for the price you paid for the item.
Final Sale Items
- Certain items marked as "Limited Edition" are non-returnable and non-refundable. These items are typically discontinued.
- Final sale items will be clearly marked as "Limited Edition" on the product page, and this policy will be explicitly stated during the checkout process for such items.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team at contact@lootbuglab.com to request a return authorization (RA) number.
- Package your item securely, including the original packaging if possible.
- Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the package to the address provided by our customer support team.
Please note that items returned without an RA number may experience delays in processing.
